Welcome to Woodland Cabin on Horsehead Lake — a cozy, comfortable retreat tucked into the trees of Lake Tomahawk, Wisconsin. Whether you're here to chase adventure or finally slow down, this cabin gives you exactly what a Northwoods getaway should feel like.
The cabin sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, making it perfect for couples, a small family, or a group of friends looking for their own private space. The full bathroom is stocked and ready, and the fully equipped kitchen means you can cook your own meals and settle in without ever needing to rush out.
Inside you'll find everything you need to feel at home — a flat screen TV for movie nights, dining space for meals together, and a layout that's simple, clean, and comfortable. The room darkening shades mean you'll sleep as late as the Northwoods will let you.
Step outside and Horsehead Lake is right there. This cabin shares dock access with the other cabins on the property, giving you a front-row seat to the water all day long. Swim, fish, kayak, or just sit on the dock and watch the lake do its thing. When the sun goes down, the shared fire pit is the place to be.
Please remember this is a cabin in the middle of the woods, not a hotel in town. Being this close to nature means you may encounter insects, see wildlife around the property, and bring in some dirt from the trails. None of this reflects the cleanliness of the cabin — it's simply the reality of an authentic Northwoods getaway. Guests who love the outdoors tend to love it here.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the direct access to ATV trails right from the property. There's plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, and sleds, making this an ideal basecamp whether you're here in summer or winter. Dogs are welcome — just add the pet fee at booking.
Located in the heart of Wisconsin's Northwoods, you're a short drive from local dining, shops, and seasonal activities. But honestly, once you get here, you probably won't want to leave.
Please reach out through the booking platform with any questions. We can't wait to host you.
