Hospitable Partner Launch Promotion

List your property on OpenRoom and save on your first two bookings

We’re excited to launch a special promotion exclusively for hosts and property managers who use Hospitable.

OpenRoom is a booking platform built for group travel, helping hosts reach families and groups of friends looking for the right place to stay together.

As part of this partnership, eligible Hospitable Hosts who list qualifying properties on OpenRoom during the promotional window can receive a discount on OpenRoom’s booking fees.

The promotion

Eligible properties will receive 25% off OpenRoom’s booking fees for the first 2 confirmed bookings each property receives.

To participate in this promotion, Hosts must enter the referral code HOSPITABLE-2026 when creating their OpenRoom Host account.

Entering the referral code constitutes the Host’s acceptance of these Promotion Terms.

Promotion window

This promotion applies only to accounts created, properties listed and approved, and confirmed bookings during the following period:

September 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027

For clarity, a property is considered “listed” only once it has been submitted, reviewed, and approved by OpenRoom.

If a host submits a listing with incomplete information — including missing property details, incomplete account setup, or missing banking, legal, and/or tax information — OpenRoom may withhold approval until the listing is complete. A property that has not been approved by OpenRoom during the promotional window will not qualify for this promotion.

For clarity, a confirmed booking and/or confirmed bookings is a reservation for which a user has already paid for, and their cancellation window for a full refund has expired.

Tied to the same definition, a confirmed booking has to be a booking where the users that booked it do not report an incident regarding the Host or the property of such a size or severity that prevents the group from staying at the property and requires OpenRoom to re-accommodate them. This includes, without limitation, situations where a property is not in the condition described in the listing, the photos are not accurate, or essential systems such as air conditioning, heating, water, etc. are not functioning.

Who is eligible?

To qualify for this promotion, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be an active user of Hospitable
• Create an OpenRoom Host account during the promotional window
• Enter the referral code HOSPITABLE-2026
• Connect your property through the official Hospitable workflow or integration
• List a qualifying property on OpenRoom during the promotional window
• Receive OpenRoom approval for that property during the promotional window
• Have the property physically located in one of the eligible destinations listed below
• Receive your first two confirmed bookings during the promotional window

Eligibility is based on the physical location of the property, not the location of the host, property manager, or management company.

How the discount works

For the first two confirmed bookings a property receives: OpenRoom will apply a 25% discount to OpenRoom’s standard booking fee. The discount applies only to the first two confirmed bookings that property receives through OpenRoom. After the first two confirmed bookings, the standard OpenRoom booking fee will apply.

The discount is property-specific. If you list multiple eligible properties, each approved qualifying property may receive the promotion on its own first two confirmed bookings, provided it independently satisfies the promotion requirements.

Listing review and approval

Once the account has been created and the properties have been submitted for review, we will reach out to clear any questions prior to approving the listings, or we will approve them directly.

Important terms

Please read the following carefully:

• This promotion is available only to Hospitable users (Hosts)
• This promotion applies only to OpenRoom’s booking fees

-This promotion is non-transferable

• This promotion has no cash value
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, referral credit, or promotional offer unless OpenRoom expressly states otherwise in writing
• OpenRoom reserves the right to review accounts and verify eligibility, including active Hospitable usage, valid property setup, property location, and completion of onboarding requirements
• OpenRoom may deny, revoke, or reverse the promotion if a participant attempts to abuse it, including by creating duplicate accounts, re-listing the same property to trigger the discount again, submitting misleading information, or listing a property that does not actually qualify
• By entering the referral code HOSPITABLE-2026, the Host acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Promotion Terms
